The Business Agility Conference started in New York City by the Business Agility Institute. The focus was on organisational design, leadership, market disruption and innovation in an agile environment outside of IT delivery. YOW! brought the conference to Australia in 2018, with a 2-day event in Sydney that brought executives, thought leaders and practitioners together for authentic stories and facilitated deep dives.

21 keynote presentations were delivered in these two days, each 20 minutes but in a variety of formats. I live scribed sketch notes of each talk to serve as visual prompts for discussions through the day, as well as a form of documentaton for attendees to share with their colleagues online and offline.
